Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with GRAVEL TO CASTLE or a GRAVEL TO CASTLE affiliated company. GRAVEL TO CASTLE and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

What personal information we collect

GRAVEL TO CASTLE collects Client information in an effort to improve Client’s online experience, and to communicate with Client about GRAVEL TO CASTLE's products and services. GRAVEL TO CASTLE does not sell or rent Client’s personal information to third parties. GRAVEL TO CASTLE does, however, share Client’s information with third parties that provide services on GRAVEL TO CASTLE's behalf or with whom GRAVEL TO CASTLE has partnered to offer a particular product or service.

GRAVEL TO CASTLE may collect information that Client voluntarily submits to GRAVEL TO CASTLE such as:

(i) Identifying information such as Client’s name and email address;

(ii) Security information such as Client’s username, password, and acceptance of policies, licenses and warranties;

(iii) Contact information such as Client’s company name, mailing address and phone number;

(iv) Billing information such as credit card, expiration date, billing address and account history;

(v) Queries to Customer Service and Technical Support;

(vi) Site behavior such as pages visited, downloads, or searches requested;

(vii) Browser information such as browser version, IP address, and the presence of various plug-ins and tools. While GRAVEL TO CASTLE may possess social security numbers of our employees, consultants and contractors, GRAVEL TO CASTLE does not collect social security numbers of website users.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If GRAVEL TO CASTLE's privacy policy changes, GRAVEL TO CASTLE shall post an updated version on GRAVEL TO CASTLE's website.

Third Party Vendors

GRAVEL TO CASTLE employs third party vendors, service providers and suppliers to perform various functions on our behalf. Third-party services may include, but are not limited to: customer information management; processing credit card or check card payments analyzing data; developing, hosting and maintaining our websites and databases. GRAVEL TO CASTLE does not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of Client’s information or to contact Client outside the context of these services.

SURVIVING PROVISIONS

The obligations contained herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
